Cairo in motion
Motions and emotions of Cairo, the jewel of Maghreb. During the many months I spent in Cairo spread over the last 7 years, I poured my soul into documenting my love for this city. Mesmerized by the constant juxtaposition of commotion and stillness, street fury and tranquil vistas in a place of spectral beauty, melanchdolic decadence and striking ruin, I keep on falling in love with the city ever more deeply. Working with intentional blur and faded gray palettes, I try to recreate the feelings stirred in me by this unique megalopolis.
